Sync flights to Google, Apple Calendar or Outlook

Connect Google Calendar for a live push of your flights, or subscribe with a private link for Apple Calendar and Outlook. Both are one-way: AerScheduler writes to your calendar; changes in your calendar app do not change bookings.
Google Calendar#
Google pushes each of your reservations into your primary Google Calendar when a booking is created, updated, or cancelled. Connecting also backfills your next 90 days of upcoming flights.
Open your calendar settings
On the web console: AppProfile → Calendar. In the iOS or Android app: AppSettings → Calendars.
Connect Google
Tap Connect Google Calendar, choose the Google account, and allow calendar access. You should see a Connected badge when it works.
Disconnect later if you need to
Use Disconnect on the same screen. AerScheduler stops writing new events. Events already on your calendar stay until you delete them in Google.
Apple Calendar and Outlook#
These apps subscribe to a private ICS feed. AerScheduler does not need your Apple or Microsoft password.
Create a subscription link
On the same Calendar screen, tap Create subscription link. Copy the HTTPS URL, or use Open / the webcal link when your device offers it.
Add it in your calendar app
Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription (Mac) or add a subscribed calendar on iPhone/iPad and paste the URL. Outlook: add an Internet calendar / subscribe from URL and paste the same link.
Regenerate if the link leaks
Anyone with the link can see your upcoming flights. Tap Regenerate link, then update the subscription in your calendar app. The old URL stops working.
What syncs#
Events include the aircraft (or sim/room), reservation type or title, airport when known, and who is on the booking. Cancelled flights drop off Google immediately; ICS subscribers see the change on the next refresh.
Common questions
- Does AerScheduler sync both ways with Google Calendar?
- No. Flights go from AerScheduler into your calendar. Editing or deleting an event in Google, Apple Calendar or Outlook does not change the booking in AerScheduler.
- What if someone gets my subscription link?
- They can see your upcoming flights. Open Profile → Calendar (or Settings → Calendars in the app) and regenerate the link. The old one stops working.
