- Does Messages cost extra?
- No. It is included on every plan, in the web console and the iOS and Android apps.
- Can an admin read my direct messages?
- No. A direct message or a group is read only by the people in it. A conversation on a booking is read by everyone on the booking and your organization's owners, admins and dispatchers.
- Will it flood people with notifications?
- No. A run of messages sends one push, your phone stays quiet while you use the web console, and email is one roundup of what is still unread after 15 minutes, off until you turn it on.
- Can I mention an aircraft or a work order?
- Yes. Type @ for a person, an aircraft, a booking, a work order or a squawk. Somebody who cannot open that record sees its kind, never the details.
