Common questions
- Can I have more than one tier?
- A plan per tier, priced how your club actually prices. Each carries its own joining fee, dues, booking window and per-tail rates.
- Monthly, quarterly or annual?
- All three, and you choose whether the tier is billed on a common day or each member on their own anniversary.
- Can I pause a member instead of cancelling them?
- Yes. Suspend them and the dues stop, with no arrears to unpick when they come back.
- Do you handle a membership agreement?
- You can record that one is on file. There is no e-signature in the product, and the console says on file rather than signed for exactly that reason.
