Pricing questions

When does billing start?
After your 14-day trial. We'll remind you before it ends. No card is required to start.
Do simulators count toward the bill?
No. Only aircraft are billed. Simulators and ground-school rooms are free.
What if I add or remove an aircraft mid-month?
Quantity is prorated. Your subscription follows the size of your flying fleet.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Instructors, students, renters, and dispatchers are unlimited.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes. The native iOS and Android apps are included with every plan. Same price, no mobile surcharge.
What is on the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise adds the AerScheduler REST API (your own API keys), custom integrations we build for you, live training for your team, and dedicated support. Single sign-on is coming. It is priced per account rather than per aircraft, so get in touch and we will quote it.
Can I use the API on the standard plan?
No. API keys are an Enterprise feature. Everything else, scheduling, billing, maintenance, training records, reports, the iOS and Android apps, is included in the standard per-aircraft price.
What about Google Calendar or QuickBooks?
Google Calendar sync, Stripe payments, and QuickBooks Online are available today. Paid invoices sync to QuickBooks as Sales Receipts. See Integrations and the QuickBooks integration guide for details.
