Two reports disagreeing is usually correct
An invoice raised in June and paid in August is June's revenue and August's cash. Every report states its date basis on the page rather than leaving you to guess.

Common questions
- Can I see revenue per aircraft?
- Revenue opens already grouped by resource, and can be cut by instructor, customer or lesson type instead. The fleet report puts revenue against hours for every tail, including the ones that did not fly.
- Can I stop dispatchers seeing money?
- Yes, and it is the default. Financial reports are owners and admins only, the heading is absent rather than locked, and the permission is checked on the server every time a report runs.
- Can I build my own report?
- There is no blank-report builder, deliberately. You take the nearest report, filter it, group it, choose columns and save it as a view, which can then be shared, pinned and scheduled.
- Why do two reports show different totals for the same dates?
- Usually the date basis. Revenue counts an invoice when it was raised, payments when it was paid, and both are correct. Cancelled bookings are also excluded from utilization and the flight log, and voided invoices from every financial report.
- Is there reporting in the mobile app?
- No. Reporting is a web console feature. The app covers the ramp and the flight.
