What changes

A lapsed medical stops a booking, not a conversation

The refusal names the person and what has lapsed, instead of leaving the desk to work it out.

Nobody has to remember whose review is due

Medicals, flight reviews, checkouts and your own types carry renewals and surface before they bite.

Members can fix it themselves

A student sees exactly which currency is blocking them, including one that was never signed off in the first place.

Stop the flight that should not go

Currency checks run on every booking from day one, with nothing to configure first.

Everything else in here

  • Org compliance board for grounded aircraft and grounded members
  • Currency types (medical, BFR, checkout, and custom) with renewals
  • Member document vault with expiry awareness
  • Personal currencies for students, renters, and instructors
  • A safety wall before the flight leaves the ramp

Common questions

Can currency checks be turned off?
No, and that is deliberate. Every other booking rule is off by default and optional. Currency is always on, because a scheduling system that will dispatch a pilot with a lapsed medical is worse than no scheduling system.
Can I add currencies specific to my school?
Yes. Alongside medicals, flight reviews and checkouts you can define your own types with their own renewal periods.
What if the student is current but the instructor is not?
Both are checked, and the refusal tells you which person is the problem.
Can I stop one person flying without deleting them?
Ground the member. They stay on the roster with their history intact and cannot be put on a booking until you lift it.
