Work the no-go list#
Open Go / No-Go
WebGo / No-Go shows separate counts and lists for grounded aircraft and grounded members.
Open the item that needs attention
Click a count to open the filtered Aircraft or People list. Click a named aircraft or member to open that record directly. The card includes the grounding reason when one was recorded.
Resolve it on the full record
The Go / No-Go board is a triage view. Return an aircraft to service from its Aircraft page. Reinstate a member from their People record. The available controls follow your role and permissions.
What the board counts#
No-go items is the total of grounded aircraft and grounded members. Grounding blocks normal booking or participation until an authorized person clears it.
Currencies tracked counts the rules your school has configured, such as a medical, flight review, or aircraft checkout. Click a rule to see every member on it, separated into current, expiring, expired, and not signed off, with its document evidence.
Manage currency rules#
Owners and admins can click Manage currency rules to open the Currency rules section in Settings directly. Dispatchers can see the rules being tracked but cannot change school settings.
A currency rule defines who it applies to, when it expires, and how it renews. Changing a rule can change who is considered current, so review its groups and aircraft scope before saving.
Dispatchers can open each rule's detail page and work its member roster. They only receive the Sign off or Renew action when that rule allows dispatcher renewal.
Why an item is not here#
The board shows records that are explicitly grounded. An open squawk does not ground an aircraft by itself, and a maintenance reminder only grounds a tail when its rule has Grounds the aircraft turned on and the reminder becomes due.
