What AerScheduler is
The three things everything else hangs off, and how the web console and the iOS app divide the work.
For owners and admins
AerScheduler runs the day-to-day of a flight school, flying club, or FBO: who is flying what, when, on which aircraft, what it costs, and whether the aircraft is legal to go.
The shape of the product#
There is one schedule, one roster of people, one fleet, and everything else hangs off those three. A booking on the schedule pulls an aircraft out of the fleet and a person out of the roster. When the flight comes back, the same booking produces the invoice, moves the aircraft meters forward, and ticks off the lesson.
Where you work#
Webapp.aerscheduler.com is the full console. Everything in these docs happens there unless a page says otherwise.
The iOS app is the same account, narrowed to what a pilot needs away from a desk: see your schedule, book, close out a flight, and grade or review a lesson.
