Stripe Processing Fees

Our payment provider, Stripe, applies the following processing fees:

• Card Transactions: Stripe charges a fee of 2.9% plus an additional 30 cents per card transaction.

• ACH Direct Debit Transactions (USD): A fee of 0.8% applies to ACH Direct Debit transactions.

AerScheduler Service Fees

At AerScheduler, we are proud to offer our services without the burden of a monthly subscription fee. The only additional fee we apply is a nominal 0.5% per transaction.

Monthly and Yearly Payment Options

In addition to our standard per-transaction fee of 0.5%, we also offer flexible billing options to accommodate your preferences. Minimum Transaction Requirement

Please be aware that due to minimum transaction requirements, AerScheduler will not generate invoices for transactions totaling less than 50 cents.

Payout Availability

After a payment is received, there is typically a brief delay before the funds become available for payout. This delay, known as the "payout availability period," is a standard part of payment processing. Once the funds are available, they will be included in the next scheduled payout. Payout schedules can be configured to occur on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis directly from your Stripe dashboard, with variations based on your country and currency.

Payout Schedule Example

For instance, in the United States, the default payout schedule for most Stripe accounts is set to occur every two business days. However, please note that the first payout for a new Stripe account may take slightly longer, usually around 7-10 days.
