How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to most messages within one business day. If something is urgent and account-related, email support@aerscheduler.com directly and put your school name in the subject.
Do I need to talk to sales to try AerScheduler?
No. AerScheduler is self-serve — you can create an account, add aircraft, and book your first lesson without talking to anyone. The 14-day trial doesn't require a card.
Can I request an integration?
Yes, and we want you to. Google Calendar, Stripe, and QuickBooks Online are live today. Roadmap priorities follow real demand from schools, so telling us what you already use counts as a vote.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. AerScheduler is built alongside working flight schools. Describe the problem you're trying to solve rather than the button you want, and we'll come back to you.
I'm switching from another system. Can you help?
We can. Follow the migration guide first — most schools are self-serve from there — then write in with your exports if you get stuck on data.
