PILATUS AIRCRAFT LTD. Models PC-12 and PC-12/45 Airplanes
This AD applies to Models PC-12 and PC-12/45 airplanes, manufacturer's serial numbers (MSN) 101 through MSN 320, certificated in any category.
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as:
Unless already done, within the next 3 months after May 26, 2009 (the effective date of this AD), install an overboard vent for the airfoil deice system pressure regulator (Modification Kit Number 500.50.12.332) following the Accomplishment Instructions in PILATUS AIRCRAFT LTD. PC12 Service Bulletin No. 30-011, dated July 9, 2008.
