Pacific Aerospace Limited Model 750XL Airplanes
This AD applies to 750XL airplanes, serial numbers 101, 102, 104 through 120, and 122 through 129, certificated in any category.
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as:
Unless already done, within the next 6 months after October 2, 2007 (the effective date of this AD) or within the next 150 hours time-in-service after October 2, 2007 (the effective date of this AD), whichever occurs first, rework the left and right ailerons in accordance with Pacific Aerospace Ltd drawing number 11-03141/42, drawn March 26, 2007, as specified in Pacific Aerospace Limited Mandatory Service Bulletin PACSB/XL/027, dated March 27, 2007.
Note: This AD differs from the MCAI and/or service information as follows: No differences.
The aircraft, engines and makers this AD names, by the model designations in its text. A model listed here may still be outside the AD's serial ranges.
